My Laundry Question
How can I remove leather from inside a pair of suade boots? And can I dry them in my drying machine when I'm done? Is it worth taking to the dry cleaners or am I better off doing it at home?

I use a heater during the nights it gets really cold but I don't always ventilate my room. Also my closet is a bit small and cramped so when I pulled out a couple pairs of old boots I realized that they were covered in mold and so was the bottom of the closet.
- Yes, I tried swade cleaner on the outside but the I.side is hard. So far the mold seems to be gone but then again I just did it an hour ago and I need to wait until they dry.

I would suggest taking your boots to a shoe repair shop if you want to remove the inner lining - especially if they are expensive. Never put suede or leather in a dryer. Follow these tips for removing the mold from your boots. You should also be sure to thoroughly clean your closet to remove the mold.
