My Laundry Question
How do i remove white/crease marks from a cord dress?
Share a Little Background Info
I washed my daughters Cord dress and the wet dress was left in a washing pile crumpled up after washing (i had forgotten to hang up washing) by the time i rescued it from the crumpled pile to hang up it was half dry. it now has white marks where it was creased.
- tried to rewash the dress and hung up straight away but the white marks still remain

Mary Marlowe Leverette, About.com Laundry & Laundry Rooms, says:
To remove the creases, you will need to steam the dress while it is hanging by using a clothes steamer or a steam iron. DO NOT press down with the iron. Let the steam do the work. While the fabric is damp, brush the creased area going against the nap. This can be done with a soft, old toothbrush or another piece of corduroy fabric.
It may take several steamings to get the creases out.
