Mary Marlowe Leverette, Laundry Guide, says:
Since you are in a hotel without access to a washer, here's what you can use in this emergency: Begin by wetting a white towel with water and "flood" the small stained area with water from both the front and back sides. Next, use just a tiny bit of shampoo and work it into the stains using your fingers. Again, work from the back and front of the stain. Rinse the area by using a clean wet to again "flood" the area and remove the shampoo. Let the wet areas air dry or, if you must, use the low setting on a hair dryer and hold it at least 12 inches from the fabric.
Or, if you can get to a drug store or corner grocery, find a Tide Stain Release pen. Follow the instructions and it may take care of the stains. Work in a small area and from the outside of the stain to the inside so that it doesn't spread.
All the best and thank you for your service to our country.
