One of the benefits of a duvet cover is that it can be removed for frequent cleaning. But as easy as it is to remove, putting it back on can be a hassle. Learn an easy way to reinsert the duvet without having to crawl inside yourself!
Lay the duvet cover flat on your bed with the opening at the bottom of the bed. Fold in half with the opening still at the bottom of the bed. Fold in half again - the duvet cover will be folded in quarters with the opening at the bottom of the bed. Now fold the duvet exactly the same way.
Slide the duvet, long crease first, into the duvet cover opening. Grab the duvet and cover at one of the top corners of the cover - be sure you have both pieces in your hand. Repeat with the other hand at the opposite top corner. Lift off the bed making sure the duvet is falling on the inside of the cover. Give the pieces a shake and you'll find they fall smoothly together.
