If the pork is raw, treat the spot like a blood stain. Flush the stain with cold water and then then launder as usual. Pork that is cooked usually produces an oily stain from the rendered fat. This is particularly true of bacon, sausage or pork belly. Oily stains require the use of a pre-treater solvent and then should be laundered in the hottest water appropriate for the fabric.
If the garment is dry clean only, point out and identify the stain to your professional cleaner. If you are using a home dry cleaning kit, be sure to treat the stain with the provided stain remover before putting the garment in the dryer bag.
